Job Description

We are a boutique consulting firm delivering solutions at the intersection of Salesforce consulting and AI product development. Our mission is to help businesses grow faster and smarter by integrating CRM platforms with AI-powered tools that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • 1.Client Outreach & Relationship Building
    • Engage with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
    • Represent the firm at local events, meetups, and client visits to help build relationships and generate leads.
  • 2.Content Creation & Online Engagement
    • Create and share digital content, including videos, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote services and engage target audiences.
    • Contribute to thought leadership by supporting blogs, case studies, and online presence.
  • 3.AI-Driven Sales & Marketing
    • Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Lavender.ai, Salesforce Einstein, and HubSpot AI to:
    • Automate lead generation
    • Personalize outreach
    • Track and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • 4.Customer Engagement & Productivity Tools
    • Utilize platforms such as Drift, Intercom, Gong.io, Fireflies.ai, Notion AI, and Reclaim.ai to enhance customer experience and team productivity.
  • 5.(Good to Have) AI Workflow Automation
    • Assist in designing and building AI-powered workflows using:
    • Zapier, Make (Integromat), Microsoft Power Automate, or custom APIs.
    • Integrate CRM systems, chatbots, and automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • 6.(Good to Have) Creative AI Content Development
    • Use tools like DALL·E, Midjourney, or Synthesia to support marketing visuals, video content, and presentations.

Qualifications:

    • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with professionals in person and online.
    • Passion for AI, technology, sales, and marketing.
    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Must be based in Northern Virginia and able to attend in-person meetings and events.
