Job Description

We’re hiring a sharp, early-career Business Development Associate to support outbound outreach, lead engagement, and in-person prospecting. You’ll help drive our pipeline by connecting with decision-makers through multiple channels and supporting on-the-ground business growth.

This is an on-site role,  ideal for someone serious about breaking into B2B sales, with exposure to real-world client strategy, tools, and Salesforce workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to prospects via in-person meetings, email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
  • Attend local networking functions to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Set up and follow up on in-person meetings with local prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and assist with CRM organization.
  • Support lead research and outbound campaign prep (scripts, lists, briefs).
  • Shadow or participate in early-stage sales conversations and discovery calls.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience with Sales is preferred.
  • Strong communicator,  confident in both in-person and digital interactions.
  • Detail-oriented and structured,  organized in outreach, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Comfortable working on-site and representing the brand in person.
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Cognism and  AI-powered sales workflows, Salesforce, Gmail, and LinkedIn  include more modern BD/Sales tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with AI workflows, B2B sales funnels, or RevOps concepts.
  • Exposure to or interest in the Salesforce ecosystem.
