We’re seeking a driven Project Manager with a proven track record of operating in fast-moving, highly agile Salesforce environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines structured delivery discipline with the ability to move quickly and communicate with clarity. You’ll play a key role in ensuring complex Salesforce initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Drive day to-day coordination and execution of Salesforce CRM and digital transformation projects.
• Serve as a client facing contact  aligning on goals, scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage delivery schedules, task dependencies, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate solution architects, consultants, and technical teams to maintain delivery velocity.
• Monitor progress against milestones and support reporting through dashboards and status updates.
• Identify delivery risks early, manage change requests, and escalate blockers with discipline.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and agile processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role in a Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven exposure to agile, fast-paced delivery environments (consulting or in-house).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (technical + business).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce credentials.
• Previous experience supporting  Salesforce programs and  digital transformation.
• Industry exposure in one or more of the following areas:

       Financial Services

       Healthcare & Life Sciences

       Technology

       Professional Services

       Nonprofit

• Ability to operate autonomously while driving structured project execution.
