Unboxx Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Custom Integrations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong ability to handle complex technical challenges.

This full-time role requires direct interaction with US-based clients, demanding excellent communication skills and the ability to design solutions and create wireframes and proofs of concept (POCs). Candidates must be proactive in learning new Salesforce clouds and technologies, such as Agentforce, and possess the ability to rapidly adapt to evolving project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Engage in solution design, create wireframes, and build POCs to demonstrate capabilities and concepts.
• Collaborate with US-based clients, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Tackle complex technical challenges with a logical and methodical approach.
• Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and learn new technologies like Agentforce quickly.
• Maintain high-quality code standards and participate in code reviews.
• Provide technical documentation and end-user support as needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Custom Integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design, wireframe creation, and POC development.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles, especially with US-based customers.
• Ability to manage complex technical scenarios independently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and eagerness to learn new tools like Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Availability to work 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM PKT, Monday to Friday.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI integrations or Salesforce’s Agentforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
