We are an AI-first Salesforce Consulting Partner seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Bid Specialist with hands-on Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience.
This role is responsible for identifying and applying to relevant projects on freelancing platforms and crafting high-quality, customized technical proposals that convert leads into closed deals.
• Identify relevant Salesforce & HubSpot projects on freelancing portals
• Apply daily to qualified opportunities
• Craft customized technical proposals (no generic copy-paste bids)
• Translate client requirements into clear solution approaches
• Define scope, assumptions, timelines, and delivery phases
• Position AI and automation use cases where relevant
• IRespond to inbound leads from website, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Coordinate internally to validate scope before submission
• Improve proposal win rate and response quality
• 3+ years experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Marketing Automation
• CRM integrations
• Data migration concepts
• Experience writing technical proposals or responding to RFPs
• Excellent business writing skills
• Ability to understand client pain points and position solutions strategically
• Experience applying on Upwork or similar platforms (strongly preferred)
• Submit high-quality targeted bids daily
• Maintain structured tracking of opportunities
• Improve conversion rate from bid → meeting → deal
• Maintain proposal turnaround time under 24–48 hours
