We are looking for results driven Salesforce Business Analyst / Data Analyst with hands-on experience across requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and client communication. Skilled in translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and smooth user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis
Skilled in requirements discovery, gap analysis, user stories, process mapping, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination. - Salesforce Expertise
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), custom objects, automations, reports & dashboards, Flow Builder, permission sets, and platform security. - Feature & Release Management
Reviews Salesforce seasonal releases, evaluates relevant feature updates, prepares impact assessments, and communicates timely updates to clients and internal teams. - Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Experienced in handling client calls, conducting requirement workshops, preparing demos, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships. - QA & Testing
Conducts functional testing, regression testing, UAT planning and execution, defect logging, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria. - Data Analysis & Reporting
Builds advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data models. Skilled in data cleaning, validation, and insights generation for business decisions. - Implementation Support
Supports end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations, including configuration, documentation, user training, and post deployment monitoring. - Documentation
Creates BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, training materials, SOPs, test scripts, and release notes. - New Features & Innovation
Continuously identifies opportunities to introduce new Salesforce capabilities to improve processes, automate operations, and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- 1 - 1.5 years of experience in a Business Analysis and Project Manager role in a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven exposure to agile, fast-paced delivery environments (consulting or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (technical + business).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce credentials.
- Previous experience supporting Salesforce programs and digital transformation.
