We’re looking for a Junior AI-First Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager who is passionate about understanding how businesses operate and translating those processes into clear Salesforce solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, asking the right questions, documenting requirements, and leveraging AI tools to research, learn, and accelerate delivery. You’ll work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and AI tools to help deliver modern, scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Customer Engagement
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals
  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirement-gathering workshops
  • Map business processes to Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automations, AI, etc.)
  • Identify gaps and recommend Salesforce-based solutions

• Documentation & Delivery Support
  • Translate business requirements into:
  • User stories
  • Functional and technical documentation
  • Process flows and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented
  • 5Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking
  • Assist in project coordination, timelines, and stakeholder communication

• AI-First Research & Learning
  Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Salesforce documentation, Agentforce resources, Trailhead, etc.) to:
  • Research Salesforce features and limitations
  • Understand new tools, releases, and AI capabilities
  • Extract relevant insights and propose practical use cases
  • Continuously learn how AI can improve:
  • Requirement analysis
  • Documentation
  • Solution design
  • Delivery efficiency

Requirements

• Core Skills & Mindset
  ‍• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (Admin, BA, or Consultant exposure is a plus)
  • Ability to think in terms of business problems → technical solutions
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

• Documentation & Analysis
  Experience (or strong interest) in:
  • Writing user stories
  • Creating process flows
  • Functional requirement documents
  • Ability to break down complex ideas into structured, easy-to-understand documentation

• AI & Research Curiosity (Very Important)
  • Strong interest in technical research
  • Comfortable using AI and online documentation to:
  • Learn independently
  • Validate assumptions
  • Discover tool features and best practices
  • Curious, proactive, and excited about AI-augmented work
