Unboxx Technologies is seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce CRM & Platform Developer with primary expertise or strong interest in Salesforce development who is eager to expand into modern CRM, automation, and AI-powered business platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in consulting, CRM technologies, integrations, and AIdriven business solutions while gaining hands-on experience across multiple enterprise platforms.
You will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and business teams supporting digital transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
CRM & Platform Development
• Support development and customization within Salesforce platforms
• Assist in configuration and administration tasks across:
o Salesforce
o HubSpot
o Odoo
o Microsoft Power Apps
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and CRM processes
Technical Development & Integrations
• Support API integrations between CRM, marketing, and third-party platforms
• Assist in creating automation workflows and connected business systems
• Participate in debugging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
• Help document technical requirements and solution designs
AI & Automation Exposure
• Assist in AI-powered automation initiatives and business solutions
• Learn modern AI workflows, AI agents, and automation concepts
• Support AI-enabled CRM and operational use case
• Contribute to internal innovation and process improvement initiatives
Collaboration & Learning
• Work alongside senior consultants and developers on client projects
• Participate in technical research and continuous learning initiatives
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and client deliverables
• Support project teams in delivering scalable and efficient business solutions
Qualification
Education
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Related technologies (AI, Data Science, IT, Software Engineering etc)
Technical Skills
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform concepts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business applications
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation concepts
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as:
o JavaScript
o Apex
o SQL
o Python
o HTML/CSS
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Administration and Development exposure
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Odoo, or Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of automation tools and workflows
• Interest in AI, integrations, and emerging technologies
• Personal projects, GitHub portfolio, or certifications are a plus
