We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Admin & Configurator with proven hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud’s out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and configure complex quoting, pricing, and revenue management processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable CPQ configurations aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize CPQ components including Products, Price Books, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, Product Rules, Quote Templates, Approvals, and Contracting & Renewals.
- Implement and manage Revenue Cloud features such as Subscription Management, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition (if applicable).
- Leverage Salesforce OOB functionality to solve business challenges before considering custom solutions.
- Solution Design & Complex Scenario Handling
- Analyze sophisticated enterprise-level quoting, pricing, and lifecycle workflows and translate them into effective CPQ configurations.
- Design scalable solutions for multi-tier pricing, complex product bundles, advanced discounting, usage-based pricing, and global quoting rules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on CPQ best practices, guardrails, and scalable architectures.
- Administration & Platform Management
- Maintain data integrity across Products, Quotes, Contracts, Assets, and Orders.
- Support releases, regression testing, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot CPQ and Revenue Cloud issues and provide root-cause analysis and remediation plans.
- Work with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure quoting and revenue processes align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration experience; experience with Revenue Cloud highly preferred.
- Proven background supporting enterprise-level Salesforce environments (large data volumes, complex product catalogs, multi-step approval processes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ OOB capabilities, guardrails, and configuration limits.
- Product Rules (Validation, Selection, Alert, and Filter rules)
- Price Rules & Advanced Pricing Logic
- Quote Templates and Document Generation
- Familiarity with Salesforce Billing, Orders, Invoicing, and related objects is a plus.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification strongly preferred; Admin/Advanced Admin certifications a plus.
