We are hiring a Seasoned Salesforce Developer with 3.5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting solutions across major Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong custom development expertise who can take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery across both implementation projects and managed service environments. The right candidate should be confident designing scalable solutions, building custom functionality, handling integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for implementation and ongoing managed service engagements
• Build and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and platform tools
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Create scalable data models, automation workflows, and reusable components aligned with business requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize existing implementations, and ensure system reliability
• Work closely with admins, consultants, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to execute solutions efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

• 3.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience across major Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform features
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform architecture
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions
• Experience handling both new implementations and managed service support/enhancement work
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or relevant cloud certifications are preferred
